Lower School Lead Teacher – Fourth Grade
Keys School is seeking a Lower School Lead Teacher – Fourth Grade to join our Lower School community, with a flexible start date between January and March 2026.
Keys School (K–8, ~320 students) offers an inquiry-based education that nurtures academic, social-emotional, and identity development. Our teachers create engaging, student-centered classrooms where curiosity, empathy, and confidence thrive.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative educator with:
- Experience teaching elementary grades (K–4)
- A deep understanding of social-emotional learning and culturally responsive practice
- A commitment to identity-conscious teaching and inclusive community building
Strong communication, organization, and reflective teaching skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education or related field
- Five or more years of teaching experience
- Familiarity with Singapore Math, Responsive Classroom, and Project-Based Learning
Salary: $90,000+ (depending on experience)
Start date: January–March 2026
