6th Graders Unveiled Their Egyptian Museum!

After weeks of interdisciplinary study, 6th graders proudly unveiled their Egyptian Museum: a culminating experience from their exploration of Ancient Egypt. Guided by the essential Social Studies question, “Who Gets a Legacy?” students examined whose stories are remembered and whose are often overlooked. Their work pays tribute to the artisans, laborers, farmers, and everyday Egyptians whose contributions were vital to building and sustaining one of history’s most enduring civilizations.
The museum also features character writing from English, where students crafted rich, imaginative narratives that introduce historically inspired characters with depth, voice, and compelling backstories.

Together, these exhibits reflect thoughtful research, creative storytelling, and a deeper understanding of how legacy is shaped and who is remembered.
