Volunteer Opportunities
Join Keys School Association
All Keys School parents are automatically members of the Keys School Association (KSA), the school’s parent/guardian organization. Led by the KSA Executive Team and Director of Advancement, KSA offers year-round volunteer opportunities for events and special projects.
Become a Room Parent
Each grade at Keys School has two Room Parents who play a vital role in fostering classroom community and communication. They coordinate class events and volunteers, share updates with families, and organize grade-level social activities, working closely with KSA and school leadership to stay informed and supported.
Faculty & Staff Appreciation
The FSA Committee is a group of 8–10 parent volunteers who organize monthly on-campus appreciation events for Keys faculty and staff. Each member leads or co-leads one event per year and supports others, with past events ranging from breakfast buffets to birthday celebrations and farmer’s markets.
Keys Community Cares
Keys School students, families, and staff work together to plan service initiatives and care projects—supporting one another and making a meaningful impact beyond our campus.
Campus Volunteering
Parents can volunteer on campus in various ways, including weekly lunch recess duties at the Lower School, supporting Faculty Staff Appreciation days, assisting in classrooms, or leading cultural celebrations in coordination with teachers.
Event Volunteering
It takes a team to make the magic happen! We count on extra hands for day-of help at each event—every bit of support makes a big difference and it’s a great way to join the fun!
