“I can’t do it…yet.”

During our D-Day Activity yesterday at Lower School, Buddies joined together to put the Power of “Yet” into action!

Working in teams, students took on a series of challenges: balancing an empty cup on their foot, saying a tongue twister three times, and building a three-tier house of cards. The activities were designed to be challenging, requiring students to communicate, problem-solve, encourage one another, and keep trying when things didn’t go according to plan.

These moments of productive struggle connect directly to our SEL curriculum, helping students practice self-management, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making while building the resilience to say, “I can’t do it…yet.”
