Mathematical Buddies

In First Grade Math, students are building a strong number sense by pairing numbers that add up to 10, 15, or 20. As they practice our “buddies to 10” and have now added “buddies to 15 and 20” into the mix. To make learning even more fun, our young mathematicians played a new game called Birds and Worms, which helps them practice their addition skills while having a great time with a partner!
