What is technology?

Our Kindergarteners are exploring this question by looking beyond screens, batteries, and devices to discover the many ways technology is part of the world around them.
As part of their technology unit, students explored their classrooms and the Lower School’s main office building, the Little House, searching for examples of technology and documenting what they discovered through drawings on their clipboards. Along the way, they are learning to observe closely, ask questions, share ideas, and think about how the things we use are designed to help people solve problems.
