Events and Community Engagement Coordinator

Keys School is seeking an Events and Community Engagement Coordinator beginning August 2026.
Keys School (K–8, ~320 students) in Palo Alto, CA, is looking for an experienced professional to support and lead community engagement and Advancement events. This full-time, on-site role is integral to fostering a warm, inclusive, and connected school community through event planning, volunteer coordination, and fundraising support.
Qualifications:
– 3–5+ years of experience in event management, community engagement, advancement, or related fields
– Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
– Experience working with volunteers and managing large-scale events
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (experience with One Cause/Blackbaud preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree required
– Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + benefits
